Returns and Exchanges
We strive to describe all items as accurately as possible, and provide exact photos and measurements of the products themselves. All packaging is performed with the utmost care and concern for the safe arrival of your goods. However, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. In the rare instance you do encounter a damaged piece, or are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us within 7 days to discuss any options. Should a return or exchange be authorized, we cannot refund shipping charges, and all returns will be at the expense of the buyer, unless a mistake was made on our part.
Due to the nature of digital/printable items, they are nonrefundable.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. They provide quick and easy internet transactions with built in protections, privacy and SSL Security. PayPal now provides the ability to purchase items with their system without the need to set up an account. Simply complete your shopping experience, proceed to checkout and you will automatically be directed to PayPals website, providing various payment options in a safe and secure environment. For your convienece we also accept STRIPE.
Shipping Domestic
All domestic shipping is via USPS First Class Mail with tracking, where possible, and Priority Mail for heavier items*. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 days, however please allow 5-7 days turnaround time. Special orders and/or requests may require additional time. This is the fastest and least expensive methods available today. If you need something by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our very best for you.

$5.25 First Class with Tracking, Domestic US*
$8.50 USPS Priority Mail with tracking & $50 insurance, Domestic US
*Some items or combinations are too heavy for First Class, and will have to ship Priority. In these instances, a notice and separate invoice will be sent for the difference. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are beholden to the Post Office prices and policies.
Please note that we are required to charge 9.25% sales tax to all orders
shipped within Tennessee.
Shipping Internationally
We are more than happy to ship to our friends around the world. Our current international shipping rates are noted below. Unfortunately, the transit times may vary tremendously so all delivery times are estimates.
Due to customs, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
